Nice and cozy place for tea break or do bit of work in between appointments. Tried the promotional Crispy Prata with Coffee at $2.6. The Prata is super crispy outside but easy to cut and not-too-dry insides. Coffee server warm and not too sweet. Overall pleasant experience. May give 5 stars once try other menu, if they are all good :)
Coffee Hive is an alright place to get local delights you would find in a kopitiam. The environment is cool, tables somewhat dirty though, the food ISN’T that notable, had Ipoh Hor Fun with lemon tea and it’s ALRIGHT, but the food can be better. Staff friendly at least. Overall, not particularly my taste but it’s alright. (This is more of a 3.5 for me though).
Housekeeping needed; as usual shortage of manpower. Business brisk fairly good for a Saturday morning. I loved the Teh C tea brew prep by a Senior Uncle :) sweet aroma yum, good skills. Had the most delicious siao mai snack to go with my tea.
Favourite place at Rivervale Mall. Neat, Good food and Tasty. Fast service. French Toast is the best choice for me.

Coffee is great with super gao (thick aroma coffee). Mix with peanut toast best combi.
Today coffee taste is out of expectation. One man ran the show and very busy.
