Nice and cozy place for tea break or do bit of work in between appointments. Tried the promotional Crispy Prata with Coffee at $2.6. The Prata is super crispy outside but easy to cut and not-too-dry insides. Coffee server warm and not too sweet. Overall pleasant experience. May give 5 stars once try

Housekeeping needed; as usual shortage of manpower. Business brisk fairly good for a Saturday morning. I loved the Teh C tea brew prep by a Senior Uncle :) sweet aroma yum, good skills. Had the most delicious siao mai snack to go with my tea.
