Very pleasant experience at Joy Luck 65. Heard they adopt slow food concept by do most preparation in-house rather than getting processed ingredients. Did'nt get to try their fusion vegetarian dishes this round but will definitely be back.
I went there for the first time upon my colleague's recommendation and was impressed! An Indian/vegetarian/fusion restaurant, the dishes served were mainly Indian food with a slight twist. I could really taste the freshness of the ingredients in each dish. My personal favourite would be the deconstructed samosa chat as the flavours and spices were incredible. Topped with freshly chopped tomatoes, onions and parsley, it was the perfect complement to the dish, making it impactful but not overwhelming. All the other dishes served were good as well. My only issue was that it took quite some time to come but I can look past that as it was made without any MSG/preservative/flavouring which will usually make me thirsty. Overall an amazing experience, with great wholesome food and friendly staff. Will definitely be back for more soon!

Authentic Indian semi fine dining that left me craving more. Unlike typical heavy pungent Indian cuisine, this has an exquisite lightness to the spices and portion was substantial. Would go back again especially for the thali and minimalist ambience.
