I have been going to Vietsea for the past five years. The restaurant has been renovated and has reopen after a short hiatus during Covid. The restaurant has also introduced a menu of western food but for me it will always be a Vietnamese restaurant. The chef is Vietnamese and he does a great job at cooking the best Asian cuisine which is Vietnamese however I am bias. Vietsea prices are a bit more than other Vietnamese restaurant on Joo Chiat Road however they are of a higher quality and trust me as I have been to them all. The chef makes many dishes that will go with a cold beer. Just come by for a visit and try it out for yourself. The beer is always cold and feel at home.

Nice authentic Vietnam food with mixture of western grilled bbq /steak. Cozy ambience with Vietnam bar feel (my wife told me she was surprised that at one moment she really has the same feeling as when we visited one of the cafes at Hanoi). Plus point for the flexibility to mix the skewers to meet minimum 5 pcs. Egg coffee is a little too sweet for me.

Everything is so very delicious! Everything goes so well with the Bia Saigon beer! Super love the lemon grass crispy fish and the spicy duck neck! Staff are very friendly too! Will certainly go back again
