The ambience, service and food were brilliant! The location itself is in a black and white bungalow which sets it apart. It was a pleasure to see the team of chefs use their skills to present us with melt in the mouth sushi creations. A must visit ! Chef Hamamoto is a star!

Almost perfect. The food is extremely good. The service is almost telepathic and the chefs were charismatic. I enjoyed my birthday celebration there and would come again for special occasions. I do love my Uni (sea urchin) and they provided us three different grades all to eat differently. Awesome.

They finally reopened! Had a quick 6 course lunch before work. It’s really satisfying. Will be back for dinner next !

Its a 4.5. Would have been higher except at the counter its too close to others and when 1 speaks louder everyone can hear!! Else food, quality and presentation was v good 👍. Esp if I like sea urchin..... They also should improve the dessert though 😋

I had the pleasure of dining at Ki-sho last saturday and had a tremendous experience. Service was impeccable - kudos to the staff, they were top notch! I opted for the $450 set and have to say it was worth every penny. The chef's signature starter was the stand out starter for me as it was a truly innovative dish and thoughtfully executed. The rest of the starters were good but were not mind-blowing (just my 2 cents) As for the sushi, the stand out dishes for me were the aburri otoro with matsutake mushrooms, abalone in liver sauce, king crab and all the uni dishes. These were some of the best uni you'll ever get! Only 2 dishes that I was slightly disappointed with were the chutoro and otoro - they were not "melt in my mouth" however still decent by all means. Ended the night with tamagoyaki and dessert and I've got to say the tamagoyaki was absolutely phenomenal!! It was savoury and sweet with a cake-like texture. Awesome! All in all, I highly recommend Ki-sho as one of the best omakase restaurants in SG.

What an experience. Best Japanese Restaurant in Singapore for me. The uni especially top notch. Recommend to try the Grilled Unagi and Shirauko. So delicious. Will be definitely returning again in the future to try other selections.

An interesting omakase featuring quite a bit of uni. My favourites were the grilled unagi, uni sushis as well as aburi-ed ootoro and toriyama wagyu. Chef also uses 2 different type of shari for different neta.

Had a lovely dining experience at Ki-Sho tonight. This is like the cream of the crop. If you want to have a variety of good quality uni, this is the right place to come. I was over the top when they serve me the number 1 murasaki uni here, as I have not have it since last year. I will definitely come back again. Service is excellent, right from you alight from your car to seated down, and even when you left. The service staff knew the food served by heart and could even explain what you are eating and they are very patient and attentive. I am blown away by every course of the omakase dinner. Did I mention about their charcoal grilled unagi? It’s the best unagi I ever had in my life. It’s very fresh, crispy on the outside, juicy and tender on the inside. And there’s no muddy taste at all. I was never an unagi person, but I will definitely eat unagi here again. Everything is so fresh as they always packed, and the only way to dine here is to make reservation in advance. The chefs are all very professional and they worked as a team. They are so well organized that every customers are all well taken care of. You can tell that they really respect the food and customer by the way they handle the food and how they treat customer. You do feel valued and it’s worth every penny.
