Nothings better than tearing apart a juicy duck like a caveman. The herbs are cooked inside the duck so it's fragrant. They won't chop it for you but you can do it yourself or just use your hands. For dinner, it's safer to book the duck to make sure you get one. Everything tastes better when it's cheap!

good duck with cheap price, however, you need to cut yourself. Making sure you got a good chief knife.
