Went to walk around Tanjong Pagar area a couple of days back with my friend, chanced upon this place and decided to give it a try... and it was amazing!!!! We both got the salmon mentaiko and were pleasantly surprised at how wonderful it tasted: The rice is really fragrant (strong truffle taste coupled with fish roe) and the aburi salmon with the torched mentaiko sauce was amazing - the salmon was fresh and the mentaiko serving was generous as well! The owner was also really friendly, which is definitely a plus point � Overall one of the most unexpected (and welcomed) food finds, will definitely come back again to try their other options!

They are kind enough to scorch your salmon or swordfish even if you don’t take raw food..... thumbs up for the service. The fish is so fresh and rice is so tasty.... Great food and reasonably priced. Highly recommended for everyone even if you don’t take raw as the scorched version tasted surprisingly good too! Definitely will come back for more!

Best salmon Mentaiko ever! Even the rice is Super yummy. I can’t get enough of it. I think I could have it for lunch and dinner, Everyday. The staff is super friendly too and they even allowed me to change the fish on their mix fish bowl. Their fish soup is also one of the best I’ve drank. They said they are going to have unagi and Uni soon. Can’t wait!! We drove all the way from the other end of Singapore for this yummy gem and I will do it again.
