Great breakfast choice! Bread are all freshly baked! smells good, tasted good! They have special favour of huat kueh which we don't see it at other place and it taste super awesome! Even elderly at home loves it!
Their huat kuehs are oh-so-good! So good that they’re sold out really, really fast! Go grab them early when they’re freshly out of the oven! Unique flavours too! �
Excellent. Very moist and flavourful. Would definitely come back again while walking the rail corridor. Good rest stop.

Mr Bready
Mr Bready is operated by 2 young hawkers and they created really good bread and kuehs with a new twist. Everything is done on site at their stall and their star item is the Huat Kueh of various flavours. The best Huat Kueh flavour is the Rose Lychee, with a sweet smell and nice sweet bite of lychee in it.
There are other types of breads that are good as well such as more traditional stuff like Hot Dog Bun and Luncheon Meat Bun, while newer buns like Cinnamon Brown Sugar Bun and the Black Sesame Buns were really great too.
General Verdict: A new twist to traditional breads and kuehs which were really yummy

Was tempted to buy their steam cake after watching it being displayed fresh from the steamer. Their Sweet Potato & Longan cake was soft and moist, with pumpkin seeds on the outside, and bits of dried longan on the inside. The cake itself is mildly sweet and very light & spongey in texture. Looking forward to trying their other flavours (especially the Matcha)!

Bought a dark chocolate almond steamed cake today to try. Pity we only bought one because it was so delicious. Will buy more if we are around the area again
Love my recent visit to pick up my " huat kueh".. After picking up, I sat down to take 2 variety since too early for my next appointment.. I must say it is honestly " love at 1st bite" especially the chocolate ones which I declined initially.. You won't be disappointed, for those chocolate lovers.. It is not overly sweet, moist and natural flavour. Ended up buying another box of just chocolate only to gift.. Best to order ahead and the very courteous guys were prompt to reply and to confirm order through WhatsApp. Will definitely buy again. Thank you
Rly the best huat kueh I have had! I rly liked how delicate, subtle yet distinct the flavours were!! Not too sweet, and came with a lot of fillings too :’) my fav was the sweet potato with ginkgo nuts, then pandan, then earl grey - but all of them were GREAT
I had originally gotten just 1 of each flavour, but I took a bite at the busstop and decided I had to walk back to get more!!
I don’t usually like them, because the colorful ones sold at pasar malams usually have a taste to them that I don’t like... and this didn’t have that at all! It also won compliments from my mom, who gives compliments maybe 3 times a year LOL.
Stumbled upon this and as I was reading the good reviews at the stall-front and considering if I should hazard a try, a customer told me “it’s very good!” She said it was so good she had to restrict herself just to one... I bought three! Heh heh
Will definitely head to Mei Ling street food market again - and just for this!
