I don't even like tze char but I've been stalking this place like a jilted lover since it set up shop at Bukit Merah. The first time I went, there were 3 of us. We ordered 6 dishes, uncle at the next table laughed cos our table was full. We had the last laugh cos we finished everything. Homemade tofu, salted egg yolk w black pepper crab, prawn omelette, salt and pepper lala, crab fried rice... damnit everything tasted so good I wanted to cry tears of joy except that my fingers were dirty from eating crab. Bring your horde of friends along, especially if your eyes are bigger than your stomach.

Amazing food !!! Every dish was awesome, the chili crab was the star! Very reasonably priced too. My family and I enjoyed it a lot, we will definitely be back for more :)

Delicious and value for money zhichar in the north! Portion of the food was generous. the Signature egg with basil was very unique, however it will be much better with more seasoning. it was pretty oily as well and get gelat towards the end. Highly recommend the Ginger honey chicken and the salt and pepper squid!

Fresh Crab and Fish Maw Soup A good combination of fish maw and fresh crab meat in a thick soup is a good start for this dinner meeting. They served this classic soup with a very generous amount of ingredients. The taste was just okay, and a bit too bland for my liking. Green Apple Champagne Pork Ribs Deep-fried pork ribs covered with sweet sauce and diced apples which is topped with shredded cucumber and a vanilla ice cream. Yes, you read it right! It’s an interesting twist and innovative take of a classic. In spite of that, I personally think that the ice cream does not serve any purpose on this grub but who can resist ice cream after all? Emerald Fish Head An immensely fresh and meaty steamed fish head in a uniquely distinct blended sauce of green chillies, garlic and some other “secret” ingredients. It is so perfect as it compliments very well with the freshness of the fish meat. Now, let me tell you a secret, this is NOT included in their menu, but I strongly recommend for you to ask and try this dish yourself. Honey Ginger Chicken Deep-fried breaded chicken meat in honey and ginger sauce and sprinkled with sesame seeds. The sauce is a little overpowering so I recommend having this with rice to balance out the sweetness of the sauce. 四大天王 (4 Kings) This dish consists of Lady Finger, Long Beans, Eggplant and Petai. Lo and behold, they named it “Four Kings”. It is sautéed in sambal sauce then topped with a handful amount of deep-fried crispy anchovies. Now, hail and bow down!

Absolutely love it here. The dinning area is very spacious, staffs are friendly, and they serve really good dishes too. And on top of everything that was mentioned, the price are reasonably cheap to and value for money! Recommend eating here!
