What a cool place, I love my office but whenever I’m at MBFC I know where the cool kids work. I was looking at some office space here and the view of the ocean is amazing. This is what success feels like. Excellently maintained modern beautiful building. Great amenities, very impressive location.

Today taken 661 bus at 7.50am from Pasir drive 6 . Felt the route is boring took almost 1 hr 15mins . Almost same as mrt. But this is direct Pasir ris to MBFC felt convenient during morning rush hours Instead of hoping on to bus n then catch blue line mrt. Comfortable although boring . Has to use mobile n browse as I don’t like to take a nap. Morning 661 is waste of time Evening 661 got at 6.10pm n 6.25pm it takes only 30-40 mins. That’s good

Amazing view with great facilities! Convenient location to the nearby train stations as well as to the malls. Many shops and dining to choose from in the vicinity!
