Came here to have Economic Bee Hoon breakfast. Long que 😳 so be ready. Home of Mr. Egg Fried Rice and 99 Thai Kitchen.
First half of the year, the sitting areas are under direct sunlight, so it is a little stuffy, humid and hot.
Good mix of stalls and the service is quite good and courteous compared to most coffeeshops.
1. Economy mix rice stall is good and very affordable. Guys helming the stall are fast and polite. Good mix of dishes.
2. Fish soups, - husband and wife team. Tasty and affordable. Fast service and the team doesnt talk too much.
3. Muslim food stall is actually a front for their catering business. Not many choices.
4. Fish Ball and Minced pork noodles. Expensive compared to other similar stalls ard vicinity.
5. Economy fried be hoon. Very popular stall. Good and cheap. Always long queue on most days.
6. Roasted duck stall. Quality comparable with other "branded" duck stall. Very affordable. "anchor" stall for a long time.
7. Western food. Helm by elderly couple and son. Affordable and food is as good as any other western joint. They do not sell french fries by itself. Otherwise not bad at all.
8. Indian food - replaced by a Korean stall. Has not tried yet
9. Yong Tau Foo - replaced by fired rice stall.
10. Air con Thai eatery. Quite popular. But I must warn potential diners. Service is slow and very messy. Food and price are reasonable. Patronise only when you have time and patience to wait.
Good roasts. Good value. Must try.
