I would say Ya Kun will never fail to disappoint their guest with their huge half boiled eggs. Always nicely cooked and yummy! Kaya butter toasts were crunchy but not dry. Another dish that can’t be missed. Do take note there might be a long wait during peak hours.

I love this place! The staff are all friendly and service is fast. Although it can get quite packed in the mornings, my orders are usually ready to be picked up within 5-7 minutes. Great consistency and the bread has never been burnt. Downside of having it in the mall is the air con is still switched off (before 10am) so it can get quite stuffy. But luckily there are ceiling fans so there is still some ventilation. Two thumbs up for this place.

I like yakun over the other coffee joints for it's more local and authentic servings and coffee. The coffee and toast bread are excellent and consistent throughout all outlets. So you can get what you expect and nothing more or less for your coffee orders. Which is what we want when we visit these coffee joints. Great franchise.
