Literally Watertown, it has 17 pools, sizeable. Amenities are modern and space is decent, not too studio like. Mostly breezy all the time. It seems like there is a bit of reservations in getting a flat for rent here these days, higher cost comparatively, in general. Otherwise the place is nicely located, easily accessible from the MRT or Punggol bus terminal. There is a mall right down and accessible via 2 points from within the mall, COVID might have impacted this.

Love the surrounding in the condo. It has plenty of water features and pools. Nice condo to stay in especially above the Mall and MRT.

Perfect location! Has most of amenities. Inconvenient for guests to reach a flat, many entries and not clear directions.
