Great food, friendly and quick service. Portion sizes were perfect and they had some great single origin Colombian coffee - the best cup we have had so far in Singapore; tragically on our second last day. Definitely worth visiting again.
This being right at Somerset 313 is one of the most accessible places I can come to think of for such good food. We got to taste the Fish & Chips which boasted absolutely crispy batter to accompany a superbly tasty and pleasant succulent fish. It was so pleasing to the palate it reminded me of London's Fish and Chips, but better. The manager Siti recommended me to try the Coffee Milkshake after I mentioned that I was craving some sweet tasting coffee. The drink was exactly what I had hoped for, perfectly balancing the bitter and sweet that I needed. Siti was absolutely helpful during our time at Oriole, and I would definitely recommend a meal at Oriole if you are in town.

I went to Oriole cafe for the haute chocolate today. I was really looking forward to it and was rather surprised when I was presented with a glass with iced chocolate, as I recalled that the drink had always been served in a little bottle and I had always needed to pour the drink out into a glass myself. Unfortunately, the chocolate didn't taste as how I remembered it to be and I was quite disappointed. Nevertheless, I was going to takeaway one for a friend so I asked the server to help me get one for takeaway. I asked him for no ice so it won't dilute the drink and he told me that it would have to come with ice, so I asked about the bottle and was told that it was made differently now. My casual reply, "oh no wonder it tastes different now, it's not as thick anymore", was really just made in passing. But the barista overheard me and offered to make me a new drink that was thicker. I was really really sheepish but so pleasantly surprised! And yes, it was everything I had come for! Thank you Oriole! ��
