Worthy and delicious steamboat buffet. Loves the chicken there , very soft and tender , not rough/rubbery meat. Staffs are friendly too. Wide selection of vegetables and condiments. Highly recommend this place for family and friends gathering. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
When the nearby Sukiyaki was closed, Shabu-Sai was the only choice to enjoy Shabu shabu without going to town and it was great! There was a lot of different ranges of vegetables to choose from and the pork collar was *amazing*; the sliced-thin meat was juicy and tasteful with every bite, no matter what the soup base was.
Although there was a time limit, the food were served fast and more than enough time was spent on cooking our stuff and we had our fill even before the time ends.
The staff was also very attentive when our soup needs to be refilled and overall it was an enjoyable day down at Shabu-Sai. Would definitely come again!
Tasty Shabu Shabu Buffet at affordable price!
Went on a Sunday evening. Add $2 per pax if you want to have beef for your buffet. Ordered the Spicy soup and Tonkatsu soup. Both soups are very tasty!
Variety of food is not a lot if you compared them to other hotpot buffet restaurants, but still it is satisfactory enough.
Service staffs are polite but not very attentive. However, they serve the food impressively fast. Upon giving the staff my order sheet, they delivered the food within a minute or two!
Their condiments are pretty tasty too. I mixed mine with Chilli, soy sauce, sesame paste and a whole bunch of coriander. Lovely.
The meats taste good. Especially the beef, it was tender and has a decent flavour to it.
Eating time is limited to 90 mins. They checked with me for any last order and allowed us to continue eating past the 90 mins
Drinks are no longer free-flow. It’s $1 a glass. And 50 cents for a jug of ice water, so I opt for the jug of ice water.
Total bill for 2 pax is $63. Affordable and totally worth the price!
