Was very happy have bring my family to have lunch just now. The service staff (chinese never saw his name) was very alert even when I make a lot of request they always attend to me with a smile�. Great services you have� will go again soon with my friends next ��

Great ambience, great food and good service
Always go for their ribeye steak with mushroom sauce and baked potato
But this time we took their special on menu steak with lobster n egg sauce. I still prefer the mushroom sauce though.
Seafood salad is yummy and so their lobster bisque
Finished off with delicious lychee puding and cup of coffee makes our gathering memorable
Great place to hang out with friends and family, you may want to make a reservation in weekend if u intend for celebration with a larger group of ppl as it tends to be more crowd in weekend.. will definitely come back again
Christmas season, just drop by without reservation for lunch. Now have Christmas menu.very quiet and peaceful to have lunch. Service quick even though they are short handed. Floor is wet due to some issue with the building. Still restaurant is nearly filled.When Punggol one opens I think it be more busy
It's one of my favourite Jack's place branches as it's quite peaceful and service is usually warm. A pity that it's so empty now because Safra made it so hard to reach the restaurant with SMMs in place (you need to take the lift to level 1 car park and cross to the other lobby). Please don't close down this outlet!
I wanted to buy my dad a Father’s Day meal despite my being overseas and not able to celebrate with him in person. Contacted Jack’s Place @safra punggol who made special arrangement for me to pay for the meal via paylah! My parents had such a great time at one of our favourite family places and I was able to call in to wish my dad a happy Father’s Day! Great food as usual! Thank you to the management- esp Jason, Mr Mohan and Kavinath for making Father’s Day a special one this year for my dad and the whole family ☺️☺️☺️
Dine@ jack place punggol( safra) was substantial. We especially enjoyed the dinner, the food so good. Mr Mohan his service was extremely excellent and professional, make our new year dinner great, his suggestion for our meal was great and rest of the restaurant team (wendy and another lady staff) were also forthcoming and warm in their super service. Definitely we'll be return soon for another dinner. Huge Thanks for the entire team of punggol safra. Happy new year 2022
Food is nice and as always good service from the Manager Mohan and his other staff. They always help me when I havr some request. And to have a nice service everytime I go together with my family. Keep it up
Been Going to Punggol Safra's outlet for many years and never fails to disappoint, the food quality is good, generous portions, taste great, good and quiet atmosphere, food comes out quite fast and hot, the Manager and his team if waiters are always polite, friendly and helpful, love going to this outlet and will continue patronizing this outlet, though I hate the Nex Outlet though service slow as hell waitress rude and unfriendly, food mediocre too, Punggol Safra Jack's place outlet is the best
Quiet, quaint, good quality food and value for money. It's a great place to escape from the horrendous fighter jets sound at low flying heights in Punggol.
Go for the 1-for-1 promotion weekdays between 2:30pm to 5pm. They also provide setting meal for students at $9.90. More worth it.
