Went there for lunch today to experience the Chef's Special Set. Was greeted by warm and friendly staff, and Chef also came out to greet us.
Starters was the Oyster Volute with Seasoned Toast.
Soup was thick and creamy, with a hint of garlic, the oysters we fresh and juicy. Diced potatoes were cooked to perfection and not too soft to add some crunch into the soup. Spiced toast was another U gotta Try It to understand �
Main Course: Pan Seared Salmon with Salad & Pesto Sauce.
The Salmon Steak tasted different from the European type, as this one is Wild Salmon from the Pacific Ocean. Can distinctly see that the Colour and texture is different from those that were bred in captivity. The Fatty was is also different from the rest. Taste wise was .....just different, and the salad totally complimented the Salmon Steak.
Dessert: Salted Caramel Lemon. cheese with Tobiko.
First of all, I am not such a dessert person, however this Salted Caramel Lemon Cheese was perfectly complimented with a fusion twist. Honeydew cubes with Tobiko. You need to really head down to try it. ����
