I personally especially like the Apple � Cordial which is just the right degree of sweetness. The Gong Bao Chicken has a great kick of spiciness. Breaded Fish Fingers fried just perfect with the well-mixed Mayo Dip. The Chilled Grass Jelly with Longan was a popular choice among the guests.

In June 2018, my wife catered from Spark & Flame Catering for our son's first birthday. Daniel, who was deployed to our event, did a proficient job in setting the tables and preparing for the catered foods and beverages. He was puntual with his timing in both setting up and packing up of the tables and catering sets. He even suggested on how the tables should be arranged in order for us to have maximised space for our guests.
The foods, drinks and desserts which we catered were abundantly appetising. I would have to highlight on the Potato Salad and Honey Melon Sago as they were delightfully delicious.
Hafizah, the liason officer, was friendly and helpful in replying to our queries. The price and service offered were affordable and value for money. Spark & Flame Catering is highly recommended for your upcoming events.
