Quality of food was perfect as it was in the 90s.

This Long John Silver’s outlet is long-standing and has quite a lot of seats available for dine in. I think they are seriously understaffed for the volume they are handling. Theres only one person taking order, serving, dishing out orders, packing etc. The chicken has a lot of improvement and huge and tender compared to years ago.
Always a good time at one of my favourite fast food places for fried chicken! New outer here moved from the old building just 5 min away.
This new place is more airy, and is an upgrade for sure, but price also got "upgraded" with it. Overall staff was averagely trained, mostly young students who do not really take service delivery very seriously. Some orders may get wrong at times so be very firm and sure about what yu are ordering.
Food quality wise, nothing has changed and it it always a great meal. Love the excess crispy bits and always get the sjora mango and peach drink if you enjoy it! Also add cheese to dip the chicken or fries! Upset they raised the cheese price to 80 cents per tub though! But still excellent and a must!
Ordered take away, staffs are quiete friendly as theres changes with the new food menu and kind to explain whats in a set.
Best place to dine in and take away.
I gave a very large order at around 2140 on 18/9/21, and accidentally messed up one of the meals, which was entirely my fault, and asked if I could change it, they did not judge at all and let me change on of the meals, which was extremely nice of them, one of the best experiences I've had involving customer service :D
I have been staying in Bedok area since 1980s and if i am not wrong, this is the first & oldest LJS store here in Singapore. And it sad to hear that it's closing down soon in Feb. 2017. Better catch a glimpse before it goes into memory lane.
