Ordered the Regular bowl which is satisfying enough. Mentaiko mayo salmon is a must try! You can choose 2 different flavors of poke and other toppings.

Had a light portion of the salmon mentaiko poke bowl which was surprisingly quite filling. Very colourful with some interesting and refreshing toppings. Loved the pineapple, cherry tomatoes and onsen egg, but needed some time to get used to the texture of quinoa. The fried shallots gave it extra oomph but also piled on calories to what was supposed to be a healthier lunch! Patient service staff.

Had my very first poke bowl ever from Poke Theory today. Although didnt manage to dine-in as it was lunch time and the restaurant was full but staff was really nice to try and find space for me and my colleague - we did takeaway instead to save him the trouble. Customers are spoilt for choice as it was a bit overwhelming for me at first with so many different ingredients to choose from. The ingredients are fresh and sauces are flavourful, staff were friendly, helpful, and generous with the toppings + garnishes. I cant believe it took me this long to try Poke Theory, I will definitely come back for more again

The service here was great! I wanted gluten free and dairy free options. Since most of the fish and meat options were made from wheat soy sauce, the lady asked if she could just prepare avocado, mixed with lime, salt and pepper for me, without adding any sauce. She was kind and I really appreciated it!

From $9.90 for a light bowl to $11.90, understandably; poke bowl thankfully still maintains its high quality and freshness. Nice cosy outlet!

Poke theory is always a go to for me when I want a healthy meal! Love the kick the honey pineapple and pomegranate give in the poke bowls. Service at DUO is fast (even for lunch time) and there is generally lots of seating available to dine in. Highly recommend!

One of my favourite spots to have poke in Singapore. I love that you can customize your bowl, you can choose the type of base, toppings and up to two types of protein. While I usually enjoy salmon best, their shoyu tuna is so delicious and fresh that I always get it when I’m here. You can also have extra sauce on your bowl at no extra charge!
