the most valuable salmon I've tried so far. it cost me only 10.8 for an impressively delicious salmon experience. it came as a true surprise when I was told the owner has studied, lived and worked in Texas before. No wonder he managed to bring real Western delicacy to a hawker centre. btw, the waiting time could be longer than normal hawker food but definitely shorter than normal Western restaurant food. Specially mention, the owner is really really warm and welcome. That's also the reason why I am willing to wait for the nice food and pay more for my lunch.

Serious quality here at very affordable prices. I can’t even say his food is valuable because it’s seriously under valued. The amount of heart, time, effort and most importantly outcome of the process - it’s amazing. The sauces that accompanied each dish is so unique! This is one of the rare times I eat food and did not ask for accompanying sauces (Eg tobacco, chilli, Mayo, pepper, salt etc) because the dish and sauce pairing is AMAZING in itself. A bit hard to locate but very clean hawker. Thought it was brand new but apparently it’s 9 years already. Have a nice cup of drink while waiting for your dish. Chef came out to ask how the food was and explained his thought processes to us. Enjoyed the experience! Will be back

This hawker is pretty hard to locate. The uncle was very nice Told us that we will have to wait for approx 15mins. One man show unlike other western stalls outside, this need to be patient ya! Food was good Will sure come again!

An unassuming stall with a quirky owner, and food cooked to perfection. Lots of respect to the owner's dedication to his cooking. After two years of patronage, I can say that I'm pretty much addicted to this blend of simple ingredients with dedicated culinary skills.

This is my first 5 star rating for a hawker stall. I had no clue about the quality of food I was going to get and had never heard of this stall before. It just so happened to be one of only 2 stalls still open when I was at the hawker center. I ordered the chinchalok chicken and sat down to wait. When the food arrived I was surprised by the aroma of it. The smell was fantastic. The moment I took the first bite, I was Sold! The taste was amazing for it's price. Yes, the proportion was small, Yes, the presentation was not fantastic but the taste wins! You can taste the good ingredients used and you can taste the effort of the chef. Go for taste not volume.

The owner of the store was really friendly and recommended me the Cajun Chicken, to which was delicious and would definitely eat again. I also tried the Maryland fried chicken which was very well marinated. Highly recommended!

Also known as The Cordon Bleu Hawker~ Every morning, Vincent will buy the ingredients for the day. Whenever you order your meal, he will prepare the ingredients immediately, so even if it takes slighly longer than usual, the food tastes super super fresh and super super good.

Not your everyday sort of hawker flair. The food served here is what one might expect from a upscale restaurant. Except here, it's served without the fancy service, plating or frills. Just high quality, great food, at great prices.
