This is my 3rd attempt coming here to try this lor mee. The last few times I was here, they were not operating. Happen to be in this area and decided to give this place another try. Just as i arrived on the 3rd level of the food centre, noticed the long queue at the stall with purple signboard. The queue was so long that it extended all the way till the back.
Waited for almost 25mins before it was my turn to order. A bowl of lor mee starts from SGD$3 onwards. Ordered their Fish Lor Mee which was SGD$4, it came with fried snapper meat, fried meat ball, sliced fishcake and braised egg. Lor mee gravy was flavorful but unfortunately it turn watery fast. Fish tasted fresh and love their fried meatball as well.
Overall, an above average Lor mee for me. One of the stalls that has good gravy.
Queue is really long but it’s so worth it!! With only one main item on the menu, they serve affordable + damn delicious lor mee, thick lor mee sauce and good amount of ingredients. Came here multiple times and quality is very consistent! Their handmade prawn roll is also good, crispy on the outside, flavourful and savoury prawn filling. FYI They only accept cash!
This is 1 of my favourite Lor Mee.Taste very good especially with the fish and now price increased by 50cent for all the things.
Decided to try out this highly raved store. Queued for about 15 mins. I would say better than average. Kudos to them for the generous portion of ingredients and fish too!
Lor Mee come with plenty fish meat. $4 for a bowl of ingredients, Value for money.
Tasteful gravy, paired up with generous amount of ingredients. A well blend of the minced garlic, vinegar & chilli. Saw reviews that the fish was tasting fishy, guess that really depends on the quality of the day. Queuing is definitely required.
