No need any intro. Famous fish soup n braised duck. Look how fine they cut the chilly, you will know they are meticulous in their cooking. Reminds me of my nyonya mum meticulous cooking. Every ingredient must be cut or pounded finely by hand. The verdict. You don't feel thirsty after eating. Very very good comfort food.😘😘😘
As this is a hawker stall I will only rate the place by the standard of the foods. For fish soup it's one of the best, fish is fresh, generous serving, well blend with fresh vegetables, preserve vegetable, and it's seriously siok! The braised duck is very good too. It was cut in pieces and braised in very nice soy source. The set back is that the queue is perpetually long, I gone there at 11:30am thinking should be early and the queue should be manageable. But I was wrong, I waited for 45 minutes before my turn. The issue is that they allow call in take away, that add to the waiting time. So be patient if you want to have a shoot at eating in this place.
Tried this for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by the duck porridge, not the typical porridge but rice mixed with soup, braised duck and sauce. Fish soup is also very good, it has Sichuan veg in it.
