Had a ridiculously good meal here yesterday - best steak I have ever had at Jack's Place in more than 8 years. Chef must have been in a very good mood indeed! :) Thank you for the yummy food!
Yesterday was my first time visiting ur outlet at Anchorpoint. Loved the promotion T-Bone which make it easier to eat and meat was tender as well. Special thanks to Jin Hua for her patience answering my qn and recommendation despite of the busy crowd. Will come back again for the promotion set.
Good place for a regular lunch with friends. Not too expensive, rather good variety of food.
Need used for steak is nothing special so don't expect a treat. But taste is not too bad. Had a T-bone, good serving size.
Service was prompt and courteous. Generally the atmosphere is good. But it is open concept so shoppers will walk past you so a window seat will give you more privacy.
Parking is generally not an issue in the building currently.
Jack's Place has been a memorable steak restaurant for me as I grew up with this brand name. Very good service at the Anchorpoint branch, steak is perfectly medium rare as i like it.
Additional note to mention is i had accidentally dropped my mask on the floor, and realised that i didn't bring extra. One of the staff saw it and without asking quickly came to me to tell me she'll get me a new one. ❤️

Tasting the ocean with oyster, red wine, barramundi fish and seafood salad.
Revisiting old school with deep fried chicken with mango and a coke.
All is good, all is fine, every cent well spent
Jack's place is an average steak house with decent steak options if you're not a brat about steak. I used to enjoy it a lot more before I was spoilt by home cooked reverse sear and sous vide steaks.
