Good place for a regular lunch with friends. Not too expensive, rather good variety of food.
Need used for steak is nothing special so don't expect a treat. But taste is not too bad. Had a T-bone, good serving size.
Service was prompt and courteous. Generally the atmosphere is good. But it is open concept so shoppers will walk past you so a window seat will give you more privacy.
Parking is generally not an issue in the building currently.

Normal taste but good price. Lots of lunch set, including main dish+ garlic bread+ soup + drink&dessert. But honestly the steak is not that good. So I can only give a 3 star.

Visited this outlet on a Saturday night.
Place was crowded and had to wait for a table.
Upon sitting down, we noticed a small cockroach on the sofa seat a meter away from us.
Informed the staff about it and they tried to kill it but it ran into the crevices of the sofa chair.
Hoping it wouldn't run towards us, we decided to stay and ordered our food.
To start, I ordered their lobster bisque.
The lobster bisque was well seasoned and had a good amount of lobster meat.
I then had the ribeye steak.
The ribeye was cooked perfectly medium rare.
However, it was lacking in seasoning.
The black pepper sauce helped flavour the steak a bit more but ultimately, I had to add extra salt.
Had it been perfectly seasoned, the steak would turn out great!

Jack's Place has been a memorable steak restaurant for me as I grew up with this brand name. Very good service at the Anchorpoint branch, steak is perfectly medium rare as i like it.
Additional note to mention is i had accidentally dropped my mask on the floor, and realised that i didn't bring extra. One of the staff saw it and without asking quickly came to me to tell me she'll get me a new one. ❤️

If ever you have a chance to visit this jack place, sitting under the warm white incendencent lighting.
Tasting the ocean with oyster, red wine, barramundi fish and seafood salad.
Revisiting old school with deep fried chicken with mango and a coke.
All is good, all is fine, every cent well spent

Jack's place is an average steak house with decent steak options if you're not a brat about steak. I used to enjoy it a lot more before I was spoilt by home cooked reverse sear and sous vide steaks.

Staff cannot cope with peak lunch hour crowd, so they are overwhelmed. Despite having empty tables, was told to wait in a tone that will be best described as rude. The lady dressed in white (assuming is the duty manager) is a lot nicer and pleasant to deal with.
Food wise, is nothing to shout about, soup and garlic bread were both cold. Entrees were edible but not memorable. I do not think I will be back any time soon.

Had a ridiculously good meal here yesterday - best steak I have ever had at Jack's Place in more than 8 years. Chef must have been in a very good mood indeed! :) Thank you for the yummy food!

Yesterday was my first time visiting ur outlet at Anchorpoint. Loved the promotion T-Bone which make it easier to eat and meat was tender as well. Special thanks to Jin Hua for her patience answering my qn and recommendation despite of the busy crowd. Will come back again for the promotion set.

My 6 year old Son likes Auntie Serene very much as she talks and listens to him. In fact, do see many kids enjoying their kids meal there.

We've not had anything in Jack's Place for years, and for old times sake, decided to have our dinner there.
Turns out it was my last time in any Jack's Place. Fish n chips was breaded catfish. Thick cut lambchops were approximately 1cm thick, and they looked, tasted as if they were boiled in hot water. Not grilled.
We went to Chinatown for porridge afterwards, after spending almost $80.
Only reason I gave 2 � is due to the service of the Indian supervisor.
