Garlic fried rice - worth a try, umami fries - decent portion, confused flavour but cooked well, yakitori was average. Sake sangria (sake and gin) was yummy with fruits soaked in alcohol as well. First level seating was stuffy from the neon lights. Overall good service and great vibes!
Total price for 2pax was about $70.
Quiet cocktail and yakitori bar, with their speciality sze chuan flavored chicken skewers. If you like to savour every part of the chicken, even parts previously unheard of.. you have come to the right place haha. To be frank their yakitori tasted pretty good, go for the skewer set to save some money. But In general it's quite a bit of money to shed out for small sticks of meats and organs >.< drinks are reasonably priced during happy hours. They have a large selection of cocktails around $19 each, we didn't try that. The place is small and cramped not really recommended for plus sized friends lol. Recommend to drop by after dinner for chill out and small bites :)
Both the food and drinks here are inexpensive, and prices listed are all nett. Yakitori items are largely $3-9, and cocktails (those big brown bottles contain their own premixes, which are then finished at the counter) are fairly interesting (e.g. Sake Sangria with a sake and gin base, and lots of boozy fruits) and affordable, $15 at happy hour and $19 at regular pricing. The team isn't very polished yet, but they're earnest; plus such wallet-friendly price points are rare around this trendy neighbourhood.
