Second time in two weeks I've visited. Have tried Tsukemen in Tokyo and love it, but can't seem to find a lot of it in singapore, Menya Sakura totally nailed it. Very flavorful broth and al dente noodles. What was humbling was to see Chef Sho Naganuma himself not only greeting customers, making sure the food is on point but to see him clearing dishes, sending noodles and serving water. Affordable, tasty authentic Japanese food with excellent service. Will be back for more!
This is one of the best restaurants that I visit during last week when I am in Singapore. It's very authentic and it's totally awesome. I will sure come again when I come to Singapore again.
Enjoyed the refreshing tinges of yuzu grates in my Tsukemen dip sauce, and the taste was awesome thick & good.! 美味しい！You cant go wrong with Chef Naganuma's craft.! Thanks for the kind hospitality... Good service.
