The restaurant had been renovated recently (not much has changed). It’s not a wide spread here, but have to say the quality and selections are better than another congee buffet at killiney rd.
It is quite value for money for what they provide, eg:
- Prawns were quite fresh
- Winter melon pork soup had a lot of pork (a lot! I had to try to not scoop out so much) and really soup was really rich
- Ribs were marinated in sweet sauce and really tender
- Cakes, kueh lapis, nonya kueh were pretty good
Things to take note of:
- some dishes were cooked with sour fish (or just something sour?) and hence didn’t taste as expected, ie cabbage dish with mushrooms and carrots was sour (and not the sauerkraut kind). Up to personal preference, I wasn’t a big fan of it but I’m sure there are others who’d like it more served this way.

Walking distance to Tanjong Pagar Plaza with popular hawkers delights of heartland mall at discounted price. Friendly cosy comfy welcoming ambience for romantic intimates groups students tourists expects visitors and families.
Porridge buffet. One of the cheapest buffet around the area. Not much selection but i do love their green bean soup and their add ons for porridge. Friendly staff and easy to place to spot. They provide ice cream and desserts as well. Good place to bring ur friends and colleagues who like chinese food.
Excellent place for large family gathering. The cafe is spacious which provides a cosy feel. Affordable buffet. Great service by the staff. Located near MRT.
The most fair price buffet in Singapore
Really exceptional service from the staff. Food was authentic and the chefs took much pride in their food.
The waitresses were very polite and helpful.
