Starbucks store that located on the another side of Raffles Hospital. This place is less crowded if you are looking for a place to enjoy your coffee time. Below is the new drinks launched for Singapore's National Day - Shiok-Ah-Ccino Pom Pink Pink Frappuccino

Probably the coziest Starbucks in Singapore. Gets a little warm in the afternoon Sun. Service here is very pleasant.

Short version: This place has repeatedly demonstrated great customer service over the span of 7 visits during the 2020 pandemic period and now early 2021. I highly recommend this location to anyone that is looking for a comfort from a potentially stressful visit to the Raffles Hospital or traveling in the downtown area. Long Post with details below. My wife and I are visitors here in Singapore and have been since late 2019. We have done our best to make the most of our visit to the country of Singapore during the COVID-19 pandemic. We have done all of the tourist spots and managed to visit various areas of the island. From the northern part in Sembawang to the southern downtown area - this coffee shop has maintained a level of customer service and courtesy unlike ANY place I have visited in all of Singapore. I am a stay at home father and make most of the trips to Raffles Hospital with my son alone while my wife works. We chose to not get a care and take advantage of cabs and Grabs to make our short 3 year stay here less of a hassle with the sale of a car on our departure. This means when I leave with my son my hands are full with everything a parent would usually have. In every instance where I wanted to get a small meal, snack, and/or beverage with my son - this Starbucks has been incredibly helpful. I have had food brought to me and doors opened when they see that my hands are full. This is going above and beyond in my perspective and truly reflects a caring staff will to go the extra mile to make an experience easier - especially as a parent with a toddler. I made sure that on this visit, I spoke with a manager to share my gratitude and thanks for the support of the staff, and repeated this to the staff which were present. I have only had the same staff a couple of times which means this entire team at this store has this proactive customer service centered attitude. If you need a place to wind down or take a breather from a tough day or bad news - I believe you will find some solace and comfort here with a team of people which show empathy and provide support when they see it can be helpful.
