I love Drinks & Co. I have been going to the place almost since it first opened. I love the concept of the place and I have even built great freindships with some of the staff. The overall vibe of this place is just great.
However, for the first time, last Friday, I had the most disappointing experience.
My friends and I, as we do almost every weekend, headed to Drinks & Co grill. I noticed that there was an extremely unfriendly new face behind the bar who seemed to be the new manager. As we always go in a big group, of about of eight or so, we needed to join a few tables together. This new manager yelled at our group "I DO NOT ALLOW" only to give the table away later to some other customers who had just arrived and seemed to be his friends or perhaps related to him?
He took away a perfectly half-full glass of whiskey from our table. When I went to ask him why he did so and if he knew that he had done that, he replied, with no sense of apology on his smug and arrogant face, "It's okay".
This is unacceptable behavior in this line of business. What kind of customer service is this?
On top of all this, I could clearly see him be rude to the rest of staff who are always lovely to us.
Very saddened to get this kind of treatment from our favorite bar. I guess it's about time to say our goodbyes to Drinks and Co. as all the great people you had working for you before have done too. End of an era for my friends and I.
Great venue , prompt response from management, excellent service and lovely staff. One of the best places for free flow alcohol package and the space was ideal for large groups. Thanks so much for hosting almost 40 of us last weekend. We all had a great time. Thanks again!
Awesome place, superb selections of wines at a very decent price. Try it!
