Flavorful cuisine. Mutton is soft, combined with briyani rice is authentically right.
Kebabs are made with enough spice.
Falooda dessert is just nice andcsweet to taste. Really enjoyed eating here.
North India Gujarat cuisine. Chicken dum briyani. The first thing I was the briyani rice, ate without any source to taste. It was almost tasteless, but a hint of flavour of spices and berries can be seen. Next was to scoped up the rice mixed with dried gravy which is yogurt sour mixed. The chicken it self is deeply cook with this yogurt based spiced curry mixed which show there is no short-cut during cooking but a thoughtful marination. The skinless meat is very tender a sign of a prolong cooking under steam and pressure. The soup is Dahl yellow bean paste-like with potatoes. Tea is an interesting but refreshing taste, unlike the normal tea tarik which has a “biting taste”
Overall the briyani rice portion is small, good for those on diet. The chicken is small too. Mutton bits was cooked with the rice, some chicken meat with bones too.
Thoroughly enjoyed the quality meal, in a clean and aircon restaurant.
Chicken Bryani - $8:00
Indian Tea - $1.50
Indian food is expensive? But not this place. It serves good quality and tasty food but won’t burn a hole in your pocket. Moreover you can enjoy dinning in air conditioned.
