It’s quiet spacious and has good ambience for socialising with friends. The staff is efficient and are knowledgeable about their craft. Definitely better at making the handcrafted drinks than some other branches.

MS. SUCHI

It was great. It was full so the tables remained uncleaned till we informed the staff to get it cleaned. There were just two spots available but there was no queue. When I posted photograph of Starbucks at Jurong Point on Sunday, it got 14,000 views overnight. We had caramel cuppachino ,which was alright. This Starbucks has an area with sofas, an area with chairs and outside area which can be hot on sunny days is facing Boon Lay MRT Station track. A staff named David helped us take our photographs. I chatted with my friend for 1 hour as there was no queue and nobody wanted to use our seats.
