It’s quiet spacious and has good ambience for socialising with friends. The staff is efficient and are knowledgeable about their craft. Definitely better at making the handcrafted drinks than some other branches.

Poor customer service on recent visit.
Staff shouted for my name a few times before I realised and gave a bad attitude.

This Starbucks in Jurong point is quite spacious. They have loads of seating area to choose from if you are not taking your coffee on the go. The queue can be long on busy days. Best stop by and relax in the midst of shopping in Jurong Point. The coffee is same as any other Starbucks.
Some of the service crew really needs to work on their service skills. One of barista literally packed the food and slide it across to the delivery area. What if the food were to spill?
