Need not to go Hong Kong as Jumbo group is managing Tsui Wah in Singapore offering us a taste of Hong Kong. Love it totally.
The staff service standard is remarkable, price is very affordable, portion very generous.

For those of you who have had the misfortune of finding ‘extras’ in their food, rest assure that Tsui Wah takes these matters seriously; so much so that they’ll retain the ‘matter’ to send it for a lab test - barring that it’s ambiguous. This cuts both ways even though we know the intent is mainly to protect their reputation. For an industry that’s fraught with archaic and in some cases, dubious customer service, such an action is welcoming, as it shows this department is slowly but surely improving.
Long story short, we were attended by the assistant area manager Kenneth who ran us through their process, and of course, to replace the affected dish. We were also offered a free brownie to sweeten this not so savoury event - which we thought was unnecessary, but certainly attested to their sincerity.
All in all, I’m impressed. Jumbo, I applaud you for having hired a professional manager like Kenneth. Staff like him uphold your brand, so please do well to keep them.
