Lovely meal. I had the beef set which i felt was very value for the money considering that I could try sample size of everything from grilled fish, tempura, sashimi, delicious dessert served on a cold plate, and the best for the last the melt in the mouth beef slices.

The quality of the food is not too bad especially the sashimi. Ordered the tuna fair but felt the fish a bit too chill.. like Just gotten out from the fridge. The grilled pork neck was great but served a little slow and felt it is cold. The salt grilled kinki fish is very good. The torch charred sushi should serve when it is still warm. The perfect fried assorted shrimp and mixed vegetables Tempura were great! Another good one is the baked Gingko nut .. so perfectly bake with crispy shell that cracked easily! Good ambience with great service ..

Excellent place for sashimi and seafood in general. Although it’s more expensive than the Nakajima Suisan downstairs, the difference in quality is pronounced and evident. For one, they serve sashimi, unlike Nakajima Suisan. The fish was actually better than at Nakajima Suisan in terms of quality, and the other sides exceeded that of Nakajima Suisan. And the miso soup. Where in Nakajima Suisan it’s salty and generally not good for your health, the soup here packs a nice earthy punch from the miso without tasting salty. All in all, although this is three times more expensive than its comparatively cheaper competitor downstairs, the price hike is well worth it.

Had several lunch places in mind this afternoon but took a chance with this 'new' place and am absolutely delighted! I thought everything about the set lunch was superb and great value for the quality. Surely one of the top choices for office lunches from now on ;)

Beautiful restaurant and capable service. Unagi roll was easily double the diameter expected— it was giant, with good flavor. Sashimi was delicious. Edamame were a bit stiff and sauce with tofu gelatinous. Overall a beautiful restaurant with a gorgeous menu and could be even better with a little more attention to detail.

Restaurant has a nice ambience and feels authentically Japanese. Had the Wagyu beef bowl set. Beef was made very tender and melts in the mouth. Accompanying dishes were also made very well. Only thing was that I wish the beef had a bit more taste. There was lacking of the good beef taste.

Had a very nice Sunday lunch with my wife here. Sashimi was fresh, though personally I would prefer not to have salmon. It was interesting choice of mixed grain rice instead of white rice, though I felt for my dish it was a miss. But I did thoroughly enjoy my grilled specialty fish. Ambience is nice for a date, friends outing, or even a working lunch. Would come again to try out the other dishes they have to offer
