Dined in on a Saturday night, and place was full initially and was told to come back after 45 mins to an hour. The restaurant gave us a call once a seating was available. I ordered the Hangar Steak (MW) - was enjoyable.

Bigger than most other Swensen’s outlet with a larger seating capacity but that also poses more work for the chefs 😐
Not easy to serve so many customers but the granchio pasta and impossible meatballs were delicious
They even had a live band!
Agreed with some of the other comments, service needs to be better. Wait staff can just walk past you even after you just spoke to them to bring water and had to ask another waiter. The food is good but the menu when compared to the normal Swenson, I kinda prefer that menu!! I was looking for chicken cutlet but thank goodness there’s the deep fried chicken. Glad the iskrim is the same and I got my coit tower fix.
We enjoyed the pizza, steak, burger and sundaes the first time we visited end of March that we came again today. We were not disappointed! The food was delicious, well prepared, staff was polite and very busy. Yes, we waited quite long for some dishes but hey, the restaurant was full with families and the staff was working doing their best to serve us quickly.
Had some snack & dessert after done with our errands today. Prompt service & delicious food and cosy environment.
