Went on a weekday at 3.30pm when there was a fresh batch of Char Siew being made. As a lover of fatty Char Siew, I must say this place serves the best Char Siew and Roast Pork in Singapore. Their char siew was glistening and fatty yet not too disgusting that you feel you are just eating oil. The roast pork still had the crisp when biting into it. Not too burnt, but well flavored instead. Wanton Noodles and duck drumstick were normal. If it was better I would have given 5 stars. But I would come down for their char siew and roast pork. Really good!!!

The roast pork was perfect. The right combination of meat and fat to make it both firm yet juicy. The crackling skin was crispy, biscuit like and aromatic yet not too thick. It went well with the cilantro. The wanton noodles was great too. The char siew was particularly good - firm and juicy on the inside and sweet burnt flavour on the outside.

Love the roasted pork and duck, for those who can eat spicy MUST try the chilli sauce it’s awesome. Though the environment is not that good (eg sticky floor..) but still a must try if you like roasted food!
