Foong Kee Coffee Shop - Singapore - Photo album

Went on a weekday at 3.30pm when there was a fresh batch of Char Siew being made. As a lover of fatty Char Siew, I must say this place serves the best Char Siew and Roast Pork in Singapore. Their char siew was glistening and fatty yet not too disgusting that you feel you are just eating oil. The roa
The roast pork was perfect. The right combination of meat and fat to make it both firm yet juicy. The crackling skin was crispy, biscuit like and aromatic yet not too thick. It went well with the cilantro. The wanton noodles was great too. The char siew was particularly good - firm and juicy on the
Love the roasted pork and duck, for those who can eat spicy MUST try the chilli sauce it’s awesome. Though the environment is not that good (eg sticky floor..) but still a must try if you like roasted food!

However I can feel the owner put a lot of effort to prepare the char sew. Personally like savory more than sweet. If you li
Food here is decent. The duck and char siew here is average. I found the char siew too fat for my liking. The wait here is exceedingly long during weekend lunchtime so be prepared. I wouldn't come back again because of the long waiting time.
