You will have a better experience if you came with a person who is a fan or at least like like hello kitty because this is what it is.
Food: I enjoy the food for what it is worth and I love the small designs it has to offer. You will appreciate it more if you take some time to admire the food and it small details it have. I recommend the Big Breakfast Surprise and Kitty Meets Benedict.
Services: Service is alright.
Free stuff: Free water. Just ask the staff.
Overall: I admit it is a little pricey but for a one time experience, I think it was worth it. Do come here before lunch to enjoy the emptiness of it and take as much picture as you want without being annoying.
Organised an eight person family gathering here. Came a day prior and was told we are not required to make a reservation and can walk-in the next day. True enough, there were a few other diners during lunch time but the restaurant was still fairly empty. Removed a star because food took awhile to be served. All in all, the food was good an ambience for my nieces birthday party was great. However I think using the hello kitty trademark was rather gimmicky and did not justify the high prices.
Sadly the cafe is closing very soon in Feb 2019, so this review might not mean much. But I got to say that the service here, as well as the food, were superb.
The food came quite fast, surprisingly, unlike what some people said. Maybe because there are quite a few people only, probably.
The waitresses were attentive and they are nice and caring in their service. The atmosphere was great and we can choose our seats (again, perhaps it’s because there are only a few people). It was a great experience so far, and the food was pretty good. The reason it was 4 stars was because of the price. It’s not exactly “not worthy”, but it could be a bit cheaper? But I guess it’s because it’s a theme cafe, which explains the higher charges.
Good place. Will miss it after it’s gone.
