The whole place felt very dated but I guess that’s the charm! Food was delicious especially the paper wrapped chicken and crab sweet corn soup. The chicken was literally cooked in its own juices. Fragrant ginger and sesame flavour. Didn’t upload any pic of the fried rice because it was too salty. That was the only miss.
Very nostalgic place remind of old school type of restaurant. There is a open carpark nearby quite easy to park and walk over. The paper chicken is very nice and yummy because they use tight meat. Other dishes some are hit and miss, veg all quite nice. But prawn not as fresh and the claypot dish are very average not much ingredient.
The restaurant ambience is very old-school. Food taste like quite similiar for a few dishes. Paper wrap Chicken is the signature, but we waited like 20+mins.
