I have always been more of a beef person. But the mangalitsa pork collar meat was really really good. In fact, it was 1 for 1 meat for Tuesday dinner. The serving was Super awesome! This has to be the first time I had this much portion of pork! � Try the "shark fins" melon soup, its really unique and tasty! � Definitely worth your visit. No regrets. One of the best and unpretentious hotpot you can get in Singapore!
Food is fresh, delicious and authentic. We visited while on our honeymoon and are from Scotland so weren't familiar with a lot of the menu. The staff were excellent and took the time to make some recommendations to us, even accommodating us trying some different hings before we made an order. The pork bone broth, chicken, beef and scallops were excellent and the sauce served with the meat was to die for! Thanks so much for a memorable meal!
Best soup bases. ingredients in it is generous enough like you can eat as a meal. Absolutely love the shark fin melon broth. Have a bowl before you put the ingredients in to experience the sweetness of the broth. Afterwhich as you add ingredients, you can also enjoy the soup as the flavor grows more robust and the sweetness is enhanced. Love the unique handmade pork balls too.
Very nice broth, tried the signature mushroom and the Hua Diao one. The latter is my preferred. Meat and seafood are very fresh. Mutton slices doesn't have the strong taste. Cosy place and strong aircon to make you comfy while enjoying hotpot. Can order the tapioca strips to soak up the broth. Super attentive staff that keeps topping up your broth without request.
Super nice soup base and the ingredients are all very fresh.. The soup base are interesting and I feel like want to try out of them.. Particularly like the sharp fin winter melon soup base and their crispy fried Taro ball.. Highly recommended and will come back for second visit soon!! ❤️

Chanced upon this gem at Hongkong Street. Ordered the Nourishing Chinese Wine soup and the Pig Stomach and Old Cucumber soup, and it was superb. It’s possibly one of the best I have tasted. The ingredients are fresh and portions are adequate. What makes the experience memorable is definitely the attentiveness of the service staff; observant to what we need, friendly and earnest. Came back here for the third time and it has not disappointed me yet.

Good quality food and love the mushroom soup! There's no msg in the soup base. U cannot expect full service and gimmicks like others, but the warm wait staff and quality food really makes up for it. Will return!
