Visited Huber Bistro for lunch and picked up some meat, dips and seasoning while waiting for my table. Love the digital queue system where the Bistro calls you when the table is ready and provides an estimated period for waiting. It allows for shopping for my things while awaiting for table at the Bistro. Staff in the butchery were helpful in explaining about what we were looking for like dips and seasoning. Lunch was wonderful. Aged beef burger was fantastic. Other items like lamb chop and sausage of the day were great as was the German draft. Wish to have more options like pork chop, chicken chop or fish on the menu thought. Suggest the butchery consider how to make the shopping - Bistro transition even better by allowing some way to park our shopping items when our table is called and pick up after meal. That will be icing on the cake.

Besides the good food - also a comment about the staff in the bistro. unfortunately I don't know his name - but the bold Indian looking waiter is by far the best in Singapore. Never saw anybody like him - relaxed, quick, always friendly and on top of that stays calm in any kind of critical situation. We love him !!!

It‘s the best value for money place I know in Singapore. The food and service is excellent. And the butcher shop is a Bijou itself. A bit pricy there but as everywhere, quality has its price.
