The kway was thin as I’d like and the dark soy broth was very satisfying. It was flavourful without being too salty.
The pork skin was tender yet had a bouncy (Q) texture feel to each bite, not too soft like some other kway chap stalls. The kiam chye was cooked till soft yet retained good bite. I
Die hard kway chap fan, and we were around the area anyway so me and my son went to try it, and boy, what an experience it was!
We ordered 2 ppl set meal. The taste of the duck is so succulent, the kway is brilliant, and the broth is simply heaven.
All the side dishes were just as good.
