There are three Food Courts in this building = the newly renovated Kofu, with many new and good food, Kopitiam and also the latest addition = Heavenly Wang.

Not an amazing mall but one that is sufficient for community needs, especially being placed in the middle of a cluster of neighbourhoods. Here you can find eateries both halal and non-halal, 7-11, a 24hr NTUC Fairprice, a dental clinic, a normal clinic, a massage parlour, a barber / saloon, 24hr laundromat and many more!

Neighborhood mall and great for the residences in the area. 3 coffeshops and Supermarket are located here. Under going some renovations at the moment...upgrading I think.

A hidden gem in Pasir Ris. Varieties of shops with super affordable price. Huge massage place available. Super affordable baby products. Huge supermarket with super reliable staffs here. Delicious food available here too! Highly recommended to visit this place.
