I usually frequent Toast Box branches quite a bit because they present a fast, cheap breakfast option, and I wouldn’t usually comment on them, but in this case, I would like to review this branch as I find the service here exceptional. The 大姐 serving me at the counter was cheerful, friendly and patient, even though it was a weekday morning and there was a quite of office workers needing our quick breakfast and kopi fix. The people that you interact with in the morning can really set the tone for the day, and in this case I started my day on a really positive note as a result.
The peanut butter thick toast is very well done as well - generous spread of peanut butter on well grilled bread.
I accidentally went in here and then I came here every day during my stay. My kid loved the toast with ham and cheese. I liked the coffee, it was delicious. Reminds me of Vietnamese coffee style.
The man preparing the sock coffee does quite a show. He is really good!!
Great counter service, with very limited indoor seatings, and small outdoor seatings.
