If you are here, just go for the big portion ($4) if you love dumpling! Their pork dumpling was super plump and meaty! And every scoop of the soup was filled with loads of minced meat and it was so flavourful!! Egg noodles had the correct firmness and it’s not soggy at all!
I’m also impressed by the auntie taking the orders! She has super good memories and can remember 3-4 customer’s orders! 😉
Delicious tasty soup noodles. Big bowl $4. The pork dumplings were a plump mouthful packed with umami. Each scoop of soup is filled with minced meat and the egg noodles were tender but not soggy. Add some chillies for some spice.
Worth the long queue and it moves along quite fast too.

I think I had this minced meat mee many decades ago when I'm in the army days.
I have decided to try this today as it has appeared many times in my social media and as I happened to be on the way to Bedok Industrial area.
The queue is not too long, probably less than 10 persons in front of me, and it moves relatively fast as the lady was taking many orders at one go.
When my turn was reached, she asked me whether $3 or $4, and I went for the $4.
The $4 portion is so huge, and I think next time I should go for $3 instead.
They have even the $2.50 for the small bowl.
The servings for the noodles, the minced meat and the dumplings are extremely generous, and I didn't manage to finish the noodles.
Everything was fresh and delicious.
The minced meat mee from here is very different from the usual bak chor mee where only the soup based noodles was served and only minced meat and dumplings, and nothing else.
One of the most popular stall for bak chor mee soup, it is good but I still prefer the one in Bedok 85.
The noodle are good, al dente. The soup is good but their dumpling is the best.
Small portion without dumpling, medium basically is small with two dumplings, big is one and half portion with four dumplings.
The queue can be more than 20 persons in the weekend.
Happy to say that they have improved? But for a truly satisfying BCM experience, please remember to add $1 for extra Ba Chor! Made the soup extra tasty and meaty. Absolutely GLORIOUS! It’s just so good that I’m salivating while typing this out. 10/10 🍜✨
It may be as good as it taste but not to everyone's liking in terms of the different Minced Meat noodles available in Singapore. However, in its own league, the one here may have a winning edge.
The best soup minced mee in SG. This is because the soup and dumplings are filled with meat, garlic, lard, dried sole umami that is the most powerful flavor out of all the noodles I've tried.
The noodles and dumpling skin can get doughy and soft, but I respect the store for handmaking everything even the noodles.
For $4, there's a crazy amount of meat and dumplings provided.
I try to go early because of the long queue. If its sold out, the store opposite serves minced mee that's 80% as good.
