Authentic Nusantara cuisine made healthier. Singaporean Muslim Chef Firdauz Nasir believes in using old school techniques with traditional Nusantara ingredients. Nusantara Singapore is also offering Vegan vegetarian dishes too. ,. Let’s see what both of us had: ,. 1. Dry Mee Siam With prawns, eggs, beancurd, I love it, appetizing and flavourful. Must order 😋 2. Mee Rebus S$7.50 Sweet and slightly sourish, another must order. But I still prefer my dry mee Siam most 3. Fried Mackerel S$6.90 Marinated with Nusantara spices, I like it with their chilli. 👍 4. Ayam kicap buah keluak ( their rice bowl S$8.90) Boneless chicken with buah keluak, soya sauce. Initially I was sceptical as it was so black, but after trying it, it is tasty, tender and match so well with rice. Strongly recommended to order 😋 5. Sayur Lodeh Rich turmeric coconut gravy with long beans, cabbages, turnips, and carrot Crunchy vegetable with rich coconut Favor. 6. We also tried their today special, Lala that is not on their regular menu. 7. Kopi Kelapa S2.70 ( no sugar, hmm I prefer my Milo dinosaur 😅 S$3.60). In addition we also tried their sweet and sour lime juice( S$2.50) 8. Not forgetting the Roti Boyan (S$2.50) added to the dry mee Siam, a traditional fried boyaness potato pie that serves as a great snack 😋👍 9. Lastly we were also served dessert. 😋 ,. Delicious Nusantara cuisine located at Frasers Tower Level 2, a treat for the local palate. Affordable prices and healthy! They don't use any MSG, preservatives, less salt and less sugar compare to the typical Indo / Malay food around. I visited on their first opening day, they opened at 10am and I came down for early lunch around 11.30am, ordered 1 bowl of ayam kicap buah keluak. I love this dish and tried in various places in Singapore. Nusantara Singapore's ayam kicap buah keluak bowl is probably the chapest in town! I ordered 2 curry puffs to take back to the office with homemade kopi kelapa (black coffee with coconut milk). The curry puffs were almost sold out 1.5 hours after they opened! I can understand why it's such a popular item, perfect for morning / afternoon snack at the office! Today I came back to try other dishes, the staff recommended ayam masak merah, one of their best selling dish. I opted for this with Gado-gado for the side dish and sambal hijau. Such a satisfying meal, I could come back to Nusantara Singapore every day of the week for lunch, since I can mix and match the meat + vegetables + sambals; every day is a different meal! They take their sambal very seriously, very spicy and available for takeaway.

I love blue pea nasi lemak rice and this place offers that. Their nasi lemak with beef rendang is just fantastic. Will do takeaway or eat there again.

Delicious Nusantara cuisine, some of which are harder to come by elsewhere in Singapore. Reasonably priced and the servings are very generous indeed. The delivery was prompt and the food still warm on arrival. I liked my food hot and spicy and they accommodated my request for more yummy chili. One small $4 item was missed by accident and they dispatched the item right away with no questions asked. They even threw in some free snacks too! Driving all the way to deliver one small dish really shows their sincerity. Amazing customer service. I was conversing with the person via the website chat function. The replies were also very accommodative and kind. We need more of such businesses in Singapore. Definitely recommended. The food feeds the eyes, camera and soul! The kindness of the staff makes it all the better. Keep up the great work!

We love the food here! Definitely not the everyday Malay food! Nusantara Cuisine served hipster style in a ready to go bowl but of course with the classic Nusantara Flavours.
