A small neighbourhood shopping centre. Got the basic shops here like a few clinics & hair salons, bakery, stationary shop, Music school, optical shop, mobile shop, Chinese medicine hall, food court, ATM, Prime Supermarket & Macdonald.
Very delighted with the Sda's staff and the management for been very helpful and professionalism no doubt having 2 problem at same day. I was heading to the clinic on the second floor accompany my mum sitting on the wheel chair having difficulty to access the second storey. But they came to the rescue, showing us on how to use the handicap lift access the second floor via back glass door. Open up the glass door for us too. Secondly, i forgot to top up my cashcard and stuck at the gantries. Call for assistant, the management guys came down and advise me to parked my car and offer help by top up the cash card for me. Very surprise they went into the mall and top up the cashcard for me, of course i paid them back by cash. Really appreciate with the kindness and very helpful by going extra miles helping me last week. Thank you so much to the Management and the SDA's staffs who assists during my visits.
The fish soup stall and Pao Fan stall (in Koufu) are nice. Parking is convenient too.

Underwent reno, better than pre covid. But second floor still dead.
Neighborhood mall, found a talented tailor. Solved oversized uniform issue and helped a student to wear comfortably to school.
