Tired their Gejang (게장) fermented crab. This is the first time i tired this dish and honestly it taste good. You must eat it with rice though as it does have a strong salty taste. Staff very friendly and attentive. Other dishes we also served fast. Will come again.
The premium black pork and soy marinated crab is super sumptuous. Will try for the spicy marinated crab for my next visit . This place is super crowded. We queued about 1.5 hours waiting to be seated on Friday evening . The damage per person is roughly $70 dollar for each person for party of 3. After you finished your meal, there’s a freezer located near the entrance for customer to grab Korean ice cream sticks . Love it..
This place has very good vibe, vibrant and very typical Korean set up. Is always very crowded. Go early to get a table. Staffs are very attentive and very friendly. We ordered the pork set for 2-3 pax. It comes with 3 type of pork, a soybean paste stew soup and steam egg.
Watermelon soju was light although we ordered the stronger ones. They served a few types of banchan and they were nice. Did not order alot for bbq so can't comment. I dun really fancy their Cold spicy noodle n jajangmyeon but I do love their spicy squid, steam egg and rice balls. Tried their spicy chicken feet, the spicy level is only for expert level. Items are generally pricy but comes in big portion. It's more worth if comes in big group.
One of the few places in SG to serve marinated soy crabs. Food is good. The only thing would be the limited service due to manpower. Still the servers are friendly when called.
Our first experience with the soy marinated crabs was great - the meat was really good and had the texture of sashimi, the roe was luscious and creamy. The pork belly was decently tender, had a good ratio of meats and fats. We appreciated the patient and understanding service staff, and the complimentary melona. We will be back if we crave the crabs - which might be a tad too rich in flavours and pricey for a repeat visit so soon.
However, one star off because the rest of the lunch set was average at best, from the paltry banchan selection, to the bland pancakes, to the rock hard sweet potatoes, to the dry and bland tofu.
Ordered the mixed crabs set as well as the pork set. The marinated crabs are good and fresh, manageable for me as a first timer! Bbq meats are also well marinated, with a good amount of banchan. Good service too, can ask the staff to help you grill the meats.
