I just lost my post messages so sad.. i spent here at tipsy cow writting.. so sad.. its ok i am determined to write again. Thanks to owners Raj and Victor staffs diya sharon hafiz sham chef clement.. if i forgot the rest i sincerely apologise... really sorry. My best friend posted on fb with her comments and feedback in less than 30 mins never have i experienced this 5 star hotels dining, michelin restaurants.. never ever have i encountered an immediate response the owners of Tipsy Cow Raj and i call him DJ victor excellent after service, seated down with us and spoke to us. Super impressed... no words to describe.. Seeing families children chill together friends buddies so warm a place.. truly.. they have so much passion... they dealing with their business so serious to better improve.. so humble.. so gracious.. so down to earth. Thank u i enjoyed my nite with my best friend.. thank u business owners staffs of Tipsy Cows.. ppl think abt a place thats HOME.. its mine for sure. Love tis place

Well to those haven't been here before, u guys are missing it. All you need is cheap beers,great food and perfect ambiance. Tipsy cow sums it all. Food level top notch, great effort taken to prepare the best. Must try once and I bet you guys will go again.

Cozy place to hang out with friends or family. Menu is kid friendly with good selection of pizza and pastas among other things. I had the pizza with prawns and mussels, and the tipsy wings. Both really good! Pizza is freshly made and cooked in brick oven - worth the wait. Pizza base was thin and crispy and loaded with cheese. Chicken wings were tasty and I loved the chili sauce that comes with it. Wide selection of drinks to suit everyone. I had a pint of Kirin while my wife had a frozen margarita. Loved the 80s pop music too.

It's provides a cosy ambience for small gathering to have a drink and enjoy food. A pint of Guinness is reasonably priced at $8.8. We ordered fries and beer. The restaurant has an outdoor oven where pizza is baked. Pizza seems to be the popular menu ordered by many tables, so I am looking forward to trying them on my next visit.

Their portion is huge! Nachos is very popular menu to order. Their pizza also nice. Only that outside zone is next to smoking area. Please be careful.

Must try the carbonara here, very hospitable host. First outlet for tipsy cow. They make the pizza dough themselves, pizza is made to order on the spot. Must try their wings too. And chef and manager recommend to try the ikan bilis pizza! 1 pine of wine is at $8.8. Parking is easy.

Absolutely loved the place. Food was full of spices and packed lot of punch. My kids loved the chicken sausage and Pepperoni Pizza. Beers were also on a good offer 3 for 13. Staff was very friendly and prompt. We sat indoor mainly due to Aircon but if you dont have to take kids out try sitting outdoors.
